SMJ Project Services is becoming a renowned, and recommended project management firm specializing in all types of domestic construction including period and modern properties in the Cotswold area.
Our clients have predominantly been based in West Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds and have concerned listed buildings, country houses, cottages, as well as modern dwellings.
Our Services
We use local contractors from a list of experienced and approved builders, to carry out the works, with the whole project overseen and run by Steve Johnson the managing director. This aids to ensure a harmonious and well run project finished on time, on budget, and to a very high standard. One of the benefits of using our services is communication between client and builder from the outset, being of a very personal, professional and prompt nature.
We can arrange drawing, planning, Listed and building control applications, and construction advice service based on years of experience within the construction industry.
We believe, all of this helps to ensure a well-managed, well finished, client satisfied project is achieved.
Steve Johnson
Steve Johnson has been in the construction industry since 1985 working for a large corporate commercial company from 1985 – 1999 as an engineer and site manager. This was followed by a further 9 years with a bespoke, high specification housing company based in Cirencester as a site manager. Steve then working in central London renovating exclusive properties in Mayfair, Belgravia, and Embankment areas for 2 years as a Contracts Manager before deciding to use all this experience to create SMJ Project Services in 2010.
Since 2010, SMJ Project Services has grown from strength to strength without losing any of the personal touch first brought in.
